phases. 3 storeys, 3 bays with inserted shop front to ground
floor, with door in stone architrave to left. Sash windows
above with flat arched gauged brick heads. Stone string course
to second floor. Heavy eaves cornice concealing almost flat
roof. Axial stacks.
