House, now in use as offices. c1800. Brick with stuccoed lower
storey and plain tiled roof. 3-storeyed, 3 bays. Moulded
doorcase with traceried fanlight over. 15-pane sash windows
(9-pane to attic) with flat arched gauged brick heads, with
wrought-iron balcony to first floor. Full-height pilaster to
right. Moulded eaves cornice. Gable end stacks.
