Cottage. Early C19. Roughcast stone, graduated slate roof. 2
storeys single window to 1st floor on entrance front; 2-room
plan. Entrance front: part-glazed door on left of tall C20
casement; similar 1st-floor window directly above. Left end of
roof is hipped with ridge stack near the hip. Left return
(facing lane): shorter casement windows to each floor have
projecting stone sills. Included for group value.
