House, now 3 shops. Probably early to mid C18. Brick, No.1
painted, No.5 plastered; tile roof with brick stack. 3-unit
plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Ground floor has
segmental-headed windows with casements, but that to No 5 is
blocked; 1st floor has small casemented windows, C20 casement
to No 1; segmental-headed entrances have C20 doors; axial
stack behind ridge to No 3. Rear C20 two-storey extension.
INTERIOR has chamfered beams; No.3 has exposed timber-framed
cross wall to right, stop-chamfered beams and large fireplace
with bressummer and C19 grate to left.
