Early C19. 3 storeys and basement stock brick. Cemented coping. 3 sashes
with some glazing bars intact, 1 3 light bay on lower 2 floors. Doorcase
is round-headed and has a 6 panelled door. Cast iron area railings with
urn finials. 3 steps to street.

No 39 (Lochaber House) forms a group with Theatre Royal and London Tavern
