A small early C19 pair of two storeys painted brick. Slate roof with eaves cornice. Three sashes with cambered heads and a corner window which is slightly curved. Glazing bars intact. The ground floor has one double doorcase with slender cornice and brackets, rectangular fanlight and five panelled door. Similar doorcase on the corner and small contemporary projecting shop window to No 17.

Nos 11 to 17 (odd) and Nos 23 and 23A form a group together with Nos 2 and 3 Berkeley Place.
