No 2 is a C19 corner building. 4 storeys basement and attics painted brick.
Slate roof with 3 round-headed dormers, 2 round-headed and 1 simple dormer on
King Street elevation. 3 sashes on the 1st and 2nd floors set in arcading.
5 sashes on the King Street elevation. C19 bar front.
No 4 is Mid C19. 4 storeys basement and attic stuccoed. Slate roof with 2
dormers. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact set in Italianate architraves. 1st
floor 3 light curved bow. C19 bar front. No 4 has a basement which extends
under the Classic Theatre and includes No 4 Mansion Street. It was said to be
the largest underground Public House in Kent.
