13.9.1967 Jasmine Cottage and Fern
Cottage

GV II

Cottages. Early C18 and early C19. Coursed rubble limestone with gritstone
dressings. Plain tile roof with three brick ridge stacks and a brick gable end
stack. Two storeys. East elevation - right hand part, Jasmine Cottage. Doorway
on the right with plain stone lintel. Plank door. To the left, two pairs of
2-light chamfer mullion windows with metal casements. Two similar windows above.
Left hand part, Fern Cottage, double fronted. Central doorway with plain stone
lintel and plank door. Flanked on each side by a 2-light window, that to the
left recessed and chamfered, that on the right chamfered. Two 2-light chamfer
mullion windows above. All with metal casements.
