Mid C18. Three storeys in local brick with pantile roof with stone coped gable ends with kneelers. Wood eaves cornice. Three windows, lintels, hung sashes with glazing bars. Doorcase with pilasters, frieze and cornice with door of six-fielded panels and rectangular glazed fanlight. Two small plain shop windows to ground floor and two modern doors with rectangular fanlights and lintels.

Warehouse occupied by Haven Engineering, Former Nelthorpe Arms Public House, Nos 3, 4A, 5 and 6 form a group with The Old Chapel
