Warehouse, now partly converted to flats. Mid C19. Rubble walls with brick segmental arches; dry slate roof with deep projecting eaves. Large rectangular plan, now subdivided. Three storeys over basement; seven-window range. Original six-pane hopper windows to three ground floor windows, otherwise C20 windows. Basement and ground floor openings at three left-hand bays now combined as doorways with overlights to two of them.

Rear has similar openings and spacing. Wide doorway cut C20 on the left.

INTERIOR: not inspected except to note heavy cross beams to ground floor.
