Wall between Old Court and number 53

Wall. Possibly early C19. Coursed squared limestone rubble with ashlar dressings. Wall is approximately 4m high to left end and ramps down to approximately 3m high to right. Plank door with C17 moulded stone jambs, possibly reused from house formerly on this site, under later flat lintel to left; shallow ashlar plinth and flat stone coping throughout. Right-hand portion now breached with C20 timber gates for access to rear.
