outside Head Post Office

GV II

Telephone kiosks; 8 standing in pairs near south end of post
office and one detached at north end. Type K6. Designed by Sir
Giles Gilbert Scott. Made by various contractors. Cast iron,
painted red. Square kiosks with domed roofs. Unperforated
crowns to top panels, and margin panes to windows and doors.
