Pair of attached houses. c1770, restored c1980. Brick with
limestone ashlar, party wall stacks and pantile roof.
Double-depth plan. Mid Georgian style. Each of 3 storeys;
3-window range. Rusticated quoin strips to a coped parapet.
Outer doorways have architraves and large split keys, thin
consoles to a pediment, and 6-panel doors. Canted timber bays
have pilaster jambs and cornices; segmental-arched heads with
5 stepped voussoirs to 6/6-pane sashes. INTERIOR: completely
rebuilt. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached steel spear-headed
front area railings.
