Attached house. c1770, rebuilt c1980. Brick with limestone
ashlar, party wall stacks and pantile roof. Double-depth plan.
Mid Georgian style.
3 storeys; 4-window range. Rusticated quoin strips to a
moulded coped parapet, the left-hand 2-window section set
forward, with a facsimile C19 shop front, panelled jambs and
fascia consoles and a central doorway; first- and second-floor
windows have segmental-arched heads with 5 stepped voussoirs
to 6/6-pane sashes. Right-hand section has a full-width
elliptical-arched carriage archway. INTERIOR: completely
rebuilt.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached steel spear-headed front area
railings.
