17/05/73 and attached garden walls

GV II

2 terraced houses. c1830. Stucco with slate roofs (No. 2,
artificial) having box dormers. Brick slab end stacks. 2
storeys and attics. 2 windows each. Paired Greek Doric porches
with fluted columns and triglyph entablature; part-glazed
doors with overlights. A later canted bay window to each
ground floor and 1st floor of No.1. Right-hand 1st floor sash
to No.1 with C20 glazing; 1st floor No.2 with architraved
casement (left) and architraved sash (right). Both with
cornice and blocking course. INTERIOR not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached stuccoed garden walls with
hexagonal gate piers having domed caps. Nos. 1-3 (consec) Bath
Place, with Runnymede House and The Baths House in Runnacleave
Road and Nos. 2 & 3 Wilder Road (qv) form a group.
