House, now shop and offices. Early C19 with later alterations.
Brick with stucco facade; tile roof with brick end stacks.
L-plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range with 2-storey
addition to left. Central entrance has doorcase with pilasters
and entablature, overlight to half-glazed door; similar
entrance to left end. C20 ground floor windows have wedge
lintels over small-paned fixed glazing; windows to upper
floors have sills, and rusticated wedge lintels, over 9-pane
sashes to 1st floor, 4-pane sashes flanking 6-pane sash to 2nd
floor. Addition has C20 window to ground floor,
segmental-headed casement window to 1st floor. Interior much
altered. Included for group value.
