Farmhouse. C18. Formerly home farm to Swainston. Stone rubble
with ashlar dressings. Slate roof with end white brick
chimneystacks. 2 storeys and attics in gable end. 3 windows.
Gable ends with kneelers. Paired bracket eaves cornice, stone
stringcourse. Windows have stone architraves. 1st floor has
central 6 pane sash flanked by triple sashes. Ground floor has
C20 casements. Central 6 fielded panelled door, the top 2
panels glazed. Catslide roof to rear. Attached to rear right
hand side is 1 storey stone rubble former Brewhouse/Dairy with
slate roof.
