Former Canal Maintenance Yard Workshop. Early-mid C19. Red brick with plain tiled roof and brick left end stack. Brick dentilled eaves course. Fronts onto yard. Two-storeyed, four-window, range of round-arched cast-iron windows with glazing bars. Central first floor doorway with gable above. Two large segmentally arched openings to ground floor. On right gable facing canal a doorway with round arched cast-iron window with Gothick traceried glazing. Rear is blank.

Projecting forward on left are single storeyed extensions with lean-to roofs, the furthest of Welsh slate with two brick stacks. Nearest to main range a round-arched cast-iron window with Gothick traceried glazing, then wide cart entry and three two-light casements and two doorways.
