Pair of shops and a flat. Mid C18. Rendered and colourwashed
brick. Roof of black-glazed and red pantiles. 2 storeys and
dormer attic. No.75 with a C20 plate-glass shop front, No.76
with a late C19 double shop front of 3/1 sashes separated by a
glazed door. Hood over. Between Nos. 75 and 76 is a 6-panelled
door with glazed upper 2 panels leading to No.76A. Formerly
three 6/6 sashes to the first floor, that to No.75 now a late
C20 top-hung casement. The remaining 2 (to No.76) are mid C18:
flush exposed boxes. Dentil eaves cornice below gabled roof
with 2 flat-topped dormers: south one with 3/3 sash. Stack to
south re-built C20 shared with No.77. The rear has a 2-storey
outshut, C20 details and a C20 dormer built out of No.75 with
a balcony. INTERIOR. The ground floor with chamfered bridging
beams and wall plates, those to No.76 with tongue stops.
Similar bridging beams to first floor. Roof of principals and
2 tiers butt purlins.
