Circa late C16/early C17 timber-framed building with diagonal bracing and plastered infill panels. Plain tile roof with gabled ends. Left-hand return gable jettied on curved brackets. Two storeys, three window range. First floor C18/C19 sashes with glazing bars. Two symmetrical jettied gables with C19 openwork bargeboards with finials and pendants. Ground floor entirely taken up by large C19 shop front with narrow end pilasters and crenellated fascia. The right-hand (west) end wall faced in brick in C18/C19 and painted imitation timber framing, and large brick chimney stack to side of the gable.
