Shop. c.1880, altered. Stuccoed, slate roof. Narrow
rectangular plan on corner site, with canted corner.
Italianate style. Three storeys, with one narrow bay to
Fishergate and 4 bays to Guildhall Street; C20 shop front at
ground floor; pilasters between the bays on each upper floor,
with foliated capitals, a panelled band between the floors,
and a prominent bracketed cornice; coupled round-headed
windows at 1st floor, with shafts and keyed surrounds, coupled
segmental-headed windows at 2nd floor; similar fenestration to
Guildhall Street, except in 2nd bay which has coupled
square-headed windows with a pediment at 1st floor and a
Venetian window at 2nd floor. Hipped roof with 2 side-wall
chimneys. INTERIOR not inspected.
