House, now shop. Early C18, altered C19. Painted scored render
on sandstone rubble, and slate roof with a very large gable
chimney stack to the left and a small one to the right.
Double-depth plan incorporating a passage through to the
once-enclosed Hemingway's Yard at the left. 2 storeys with a
low third storey below the eaves, with an inserted shop front
on the right, having a glazed door and a window with 2 large
lights, with 2 small 4-pane sashes on the first floor, and
very small 4-pane fixed windows on the second floor.
