House and shop, now shop. Probably C16. Timber-framed,
rendered infilll. Slate roof. 2 storeys and attic C20
shopfront to both St Ann's Fort and St Ann's Street. St Ann's
Street facade with one sash to first floor with glazing bars.
North front with one sash to first floor and one to attic,
both with glazing bars, the former with horns. Mansard roof.
Rebuilt stack to south end. INTERIOR not inspected.
