Cottage. C18 with early C19 extension. Brick, red stretchers grey headers, tiled roof. L plan with outshut between arms of L. Two storeys with one storey extension to south-east, band at first floor, flanking stack to north-east arm of L.

North-east elevation: later build to left, two two-light casements on first floor and three-light casements on ground floor with cambered heads, central boarded door under gabled hood.
