Cottages. Circa 1840. Chalk with brick dressings to west, brick to east, timber framing with plastered infill on first floor and east gable; tiled roof, half hipped to east. Rectangular plan. One and a half storeys, end stack to west, central ridge stack, two gabled eaves dormers to south.

South elevation: three-light casements with depressed two-centred arches and herring bone pattern brickwork in tympana flanking slightly off centre. C20 door under gabled hood on brackets.
