Two cottages, now one house. Early C19 with C20 alterations. Timber frame with painted plaster infill and brick stacks. Tiled roof. Rectangular plan, three bays of frame. One and a half storeys, three gabled dormers flanking stacks.

South elevation: tiled pentice across whole width with canted bays beneath it at each end, central C20 door in enclosed porch between former doors now closed off.
