Shop with accommodation above. Circa mid C19. Stone rubble. Slate roof with gabled
and hipped ends. Brick axial stacks.
Plan: Overall rectangular plan with large shop on ground floor and accommodation
above. On or near the site of one of Padstow's mills.
Exterior: 2 storeys and attic. The south elevation has a pair of C19 shop fronts
with three 4-pane sashes above and 2 full hipped dormers with C19 sashes. The right
hand corner is canted and has a late C19 or early C20 window above. The west
elevation has a C19 shop front on the ground floor with a C20 door to right, a 4-pane
sash and a double sash on the first floor and 2 full dormers with C19 sashes and
hipped slate roofs to the attic.
