Mid C19. Ashlar sandstone. 3 storeys. Deeply projecting modillion eaves
cornice. Parapet. Horizontally rusticated quoin strips. Rounded corner.
6 ranges of sashes on each elevation, those on 1st floor with moulded and shouldered
surrounds, full entablatures and aprons. One range of windows on corner, similar
but tripartite. Modern ground floor.
