Similar to No 2 (York Terrace) part of circa 181() terrace, altered. 2
window 3 storey stucco front. Cornice and parapet. Mansard slate roof,
2 dormers. Recessed sashes 2nd floor glazing bars to upper sash only.
Modern glazing to French windows on 1st floor giving on to altered balcony
with turned wooden balusters. Tent-shaped canopy with trellis supports.
Original Tuscan columns on altered bases with a panelled entablature,
carry the balcony. The ground floor is rusticated. Circa 1900 rectangular
bay window and a blind window with incised voussoirs to flat arch. Recessed
door of 2 moulded panels rest glazed, semi-circular fanlight with radial
glazing. Glazed canopy added, projecting over pavement. Between the
columns supporting balcony a later arcaded balustrade.

Nos 1 to 12 (consec) form a group.
