C17, but principally early C19, the southern part being of that date.
It is 2 storey colourwashed cement with raised bands to centre, angles
and floor level. Two sashes with jalousies. Plain eaves, hipped slate roof. Earlier
wing to North, various windows, slate roof. Entrance front somewhat similar,
no verandah, three old roughcast gables to North. The last surviving
manor house in Epsom and Ewell.
