Detached Cottage. Early Cl8. Banded flint and stone walls, stone quoins,
rendered on south wall. Thatch roof with gable-end at left hand and hipped
at right hand. C20 brick stack at left hand gable. 2 storeys. 2 windows,
3-light (left) and 2-light (right) wooden casements, wooden cills and lintels,
renewed C20. Porch on east wall, right of centre, C20 weatherboarded with
pentice slate roof over. C20 door with one glass light.
