Two houses. c1800, with late C20 alterations. Coursed squared stone with rendered and painted ground floor, painted stone dressings and slate roof with single ridge and gable stone stacks. Quoins, eaves band and projecting surrounds to windows and doors. Three storeys; three window range. Near central round-headed glazing bar stair window with keystone and imposts, flanked by single twelve-pane sashes. Above them, smaller nine-pane sashes. Under the stair window, a round-arched doorcase with keystone and imposts, C20 panelled door and plain fanlight. To left, a reglazed window and beyond, a similar doorcase with C20 half-glazed door and plain fanlight. To right, an altered window with a C20 door and fanlight inserted. Left return has a plain sash and above, a two-light mullioned casement. Below, a window and door.
