Two houses. Late C16 with mid-C29 and late C20 alterations. Timber-frame
with some wattle-and-daub and some brick infill, mostly clad in brick.
Three framed bays aligned north/south, the north bay slightly lower, porch
at north-east corner of central bay; cross-wing to south mostly rebuilt late
C20 following fire; lateral stack to north bay, stack at junction with cross-
wings. Two storeys, and one storey with attic to gabled cross-wing at left;
dentilled cornice to rest, irregular fenestration: 1 + 3 windows: C20 casements,
mainly 3-light; gabled porch to centre of main range with exposed close-studding,
fire insurance mark on gable; truss has two raked struts and central strut to
collar, two curved struts in apex; principal ground floor window left of
porch: C20 wide angled oriel.
