Farmhouse. C17, re-windowed and extended early C19 with C20 alterations.
Rubble, rendered, stone dressings, triple roll tiled roof with some courses of
stone tiles at eaves, raised coped verges and gable stacks, some pantiles and
double Roman tiles to rear. Symmetrical front. 2 storeys and 5 windows, all
cross windows with wide ovolo mullion and transom, central C20 door in gabled
porch, continuous hood mould right and left over ground floor windows. Left
return has lower 2-storey block to left, ground floor 2-light casement with wooden
wide ovolo mullion, similar casement at first floor with narrower mullion; lean-
to attached to rear left with door. Right return has C20 attic window to left,
to right with coping over lower 2-storey block, ground floor has C20 window and
door, C19 2-light casement at first floor; single storey pantiled lean-to
attached to right with door and 2-light casement. Rear has catslide roof to
ground floor level, double Roman tiles, gable stack to right. Interior: not
inspected.
