Pair of houses. Late C18, re-roofed c1965. Brick with rubbed
brick flat arches, rendered plinth; slate roof with brick
stacks. Double-depth plan.
Each of 3 storeys, attic and basement; 2-window range.
Right-hand round-arched doorways with panelled reveals and
soffits, dentil cornices and broken timber pediments to
6-panel doors, mid C20 timber pilasters and batswing
fanlights. 6/6-pane and 3/3-pane attic sashes, and
segmental-arched basement lights. 2 hipped dormers, to left
with 3/3-pane sash and to right with mid C20 window. INTERIOR
not inspected.
Part of a group with No.2 (qv), with which it was formerly
part of a terrace of 3.
