House, formerly part of No.13 (qv). Early C19, altered mid
C20. Brick with gauged brick dressings, stucco plinth, tiled
roof with stone slate verges. Single-depth plan. 2 storeys and
attic; 2-window range. Right-hand round-arched doorway with
mid C20 joinery and 6-panel door, cambered heads to flush
4/4-pane sashes; mid C20 hipped dormer. INTERIOR not
inspected.
