Warehouse. Early C19. Painted Flemish bond brickwork with
brick central ridge stack and tiled roof. Rectangular plan
with central through archway. 2 storeys; 8-window range. A
central wide carriage entrance to rear yard has a mid C20
steel lintel, and double gates. Headers to segmental-arched
openings, 3:4 on the ground floor with doorways at either end,
the left-hand one to a caretaker's flat with a fanlight;
first-floor windows higher to the left of the entrance, and a
flat-headed opening over the archway. All boarded at time of
review. INTERIOR not inspected but noted as having retained
original queen post trusses; no other features of note.
