Queen Anne style. Eight storeys plus two roof storeys. West facade concave to
right and flat to left. Large scrolly gables to roof. Balconies first to fifth
floors. Arched entrances. Windows segmental or square headed; sashed or
casemented; glazing bars. Tall slab chimneys. Part of group with Nos 1 to 30
and 31 to 48 and included for that reason only.
