Farmhouse, now house. Early C17, with later C17 extension. Uncoursed limestone rubble; gabled concrete tile roof; stone ridge and end stacks finished in early C19 brick. Two-unit lobby-entry plan extended to L-plan with front right wing.

Two storeys and attic; two-window range. Timber lintel over central mid C19 four-panelled door; mid C19 gabled timber porch. Early C19 flat brick arches over C20 three-light casements; restored early C17 three-light chamfered stone-mullioned windows on first floor. Gabled roof dormers.

Rear: stop-chamfered timber lintels; keyed stone lintel over early C19 six-pane sash;
central stair-turret; early C17 medallion bust of female with inscription "SIB + DEL" set in quatrefoil. Later C17 front right wing of one-storey and attic with C19 outshut to front and C18 carved wood brackets to hood over rear door.

Interior: room to left has chamfered beam, stop-chamfered bressumer over open fireplace, and C18 corner cupboard; room to right has chamfered segmental-arched stone fireplace and stop-chamfered beam; mid C19 dog-leg with landing staircase to rear; first floor has stop-chamfered beams, similar C17 fireplace to right and C17 plank door to attic; similar C17 door in attic. Front right wing has stop-chamfered beam.
