House. C16 with later alterations. Timber-frame; plain tile roof; base of C18 brick end stack to right. Two storeys; two window range: C20 casements set in close studding; studs under windows show possible oriel brackets; eaves retain some wooden brackets. Passageway giving access to rear, to left; C20 casement set in formerly arched opening; early C20 coloured leaded light; C20 bay; moulded bressummer. Right gable has rubble wall in two phases butting against timber-frame and supporting protruding rendered gable. Left returned side: under passage, has moulded spine beam and ceiling joists; right wall has late C18/early C19 framing, with some C20 brick infill. Rear elevation shows C20 repairs; gable with C20 casement over. Wing to rear of late C17 timber-framing; jettied, with C20 door and casements; brick stack; rear elevation extensively repaired C20, probably originally jettied; right gable end and rear wing rubble faced, with C20 single light and two casements in altered openings.
