Early C19, altered 1970. 3 storey, 3 window, red brick front with 2 storey, 1
window flanking wings. Wide eaves with brackets. Centre part of front has Roman
Doric portico, the central bay of which breaks forward and has pediment. Under
portico are round-headed windows, and doorway with quoins and voussoirs. Six panel
door. Hipped slate roof.
Nos 15 to 28 (consec), Nos 3O to 36 (consec), Nos 38 to 4O (consec),Royal Devon
and Exeter Hospital, Nos 45, 46 and No 52 form a group.
