'Bellair Villas' circa 1840. Stucco pair, with bands and pilasters. 2 storeys.
Each house is 2 windows with gable and round-headed attic window. French windows
to ground floor, sash windows above, moulded architraves, glazing bars. 6-panel
doors with rectangular light over. Slate roof. Eagles on parapet angles. A good
example of the style and date.
