Circa 1840-50 plain villa of 2 storeys irregularly coursed ashlar. Gabled end
slate roof with overhanging eaves. 3 windows, symmetrical, recessed glazing bar
sashes. Central, low gabled porch with round headed doorway recessed for one order.

Yarborough Villa, Gate and Gate Piers to Yarborough Villa, Primrose Bank, St Ann's
and Grove Hill Cottages form a group.
