Circa 1840-50 designed as a pair, Mulberry Cottage perhaps originally a coach house.
2 storeys stone rubble, Mulberry House painted. Mulberry Cottage forms double
gabled balancing wing to right hand gabled wing of Mulberry House. Pierced bargeboards
to gables. Wood casements, stone mullioned - transomed one to recessed part and
gabled half dormer. Pierced bargeboard gabled porch to Mulberry House. Ground
floor of Mulberry Cottage opened up as throughway. Slate roof with diagonally
set brick chimneys.

Eglinton, Mulberry House and Mulberry Cottage form a group.
