2 houses. Late C17 or C18 with later addition. Roughcast stone and rubble with
slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays, the 1st bay forming The Old Cottage. Windows
mostly have small-paned fixed glazing with opening upper parts, some pivoted,
but 1st bay of 1st floor has sashed window with vertical glazing bars and
horns. Entrances have open slate slab porches, that to 1st bay with wide-
boarded door. Gable-end stacks. Rear similar, with stone rubble outbuilding
projecting to left. Right return has round projection, probably oven and
3 windows to right, one probably originally door; outbuilding has entrance and
2 openings with timber lintels.
