House. Early C19. Squared coursed limestone with ashlar facade and
Collyweston-slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range of
leaded casements, at first floor, under stone lintels with keyblocks. 2 canted
bay windows, with iron casements and flat roofs, at ground floor. Central
part-glazed, 4-panel door, has rectangular fanlight and stone lintel with
keyblock. Ashlar gable parapets and stone stacks at end. Later C19 extension to
rear. Interior: plain panelled dado in room to right of entrance. Stick
balustrade to first floor landing.
