A late C19 corner building. Architect Cronk. 3 storeys and basement ragstone
ashlar. Tiled roof with 3 gables to each elevation. Mullioned and transomed
windows. The Crescent Road elevation has a hipped stone weatherporch with engaged
columns. The Mount Pleasant elevation has a 3 light bay through basement ground
and 1st floors. Plinth.
