Late C18 terrace with some alterations, each house three storeys and basement, three windows, except for No 5, two windows and a two-storey right entrance bay. Some rebuilding to tops of Nos 4 and 5. Stock brick with parapets. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows, some with glazing bars.On ground floor round headed windows in round arched recesses, with impost string. Doors in similar recesses. First floor of No 4 has long windows to balcony with cast iron rail in Gothick pattern. Stucco cill band. Door of No 3 modernised. No 4 has six-panel door with patterned radial fanlight. No 5 has four-panel door with plain fanlight. Wrought iron area railings, with urn finials at intervals.

The Church of St Thomas forms a group with Nos 1 to 17 (consec).
