Farmhouse. c1700. Red brick, plain tile roofs. Two storeys and attics with rear wing forming original L-plan. Parapet gables, and end stacks, and rear stacks. Moulded brick cornice, bands at floor levels and plinth. Gauged flat brick arches with key blocks to four first floor recessed four-paned hung sash windows. Central recess with plaster shield and swag. Ground floor windows replaced by two early C20 flat roofed bay windows of four transomed lights and side lights. Plain pilastered architrave with moulded cornice to main entrance with half-glazed, panelled door and rectangular fanlight.
