Early to mid C18 red brick house said to date from 1734, altered in later C18 in upper storey. Three storeys. Ripped slate roof. Brick eaves cornice. Three window range of sliding sashes, glazing bars to upper floor only. Gauged brick flat arched heads to windows, with brick keystones carrying cornices to ground floor windows only. Brick plinth and blocked basement light. Altered front door with fanlight over. Hood on slim brackets. Evidence in brickwork of rebuilt or added top floor.
